2. Shipping Procedure, Tracking Number, and Insurance

We accept returns on most products within 14 days for products that HAVE NOT BEEN USED, WORN, or ALTERED and with ALL tags and/or stickers attached, accompanied by the original sale receipts.
3.2 Exchanges
1.a) All exchange notices must be received within 21 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange request.
1.b) If your desired replacement item is no longer available, we will help you find another item you like or process a refund if the item falls within our return policy.
1.c) Special offers are not refundable or exchangeable.
1.d) For size issues, we can exchange the item only once for the same item you bought.
3.3 Returns and Exchanges Procedure
1.a) To return or exchange your order, you must take reasonable care of them and return them unused and in their original condition within 30 days from the original delivery address. We recommend asking the shipping carrier for proof of posting and insuring the return shipment, as you are responsible for the items until we receive them at our warehouse.
1.b) In case of dispute, retain proof of sending. Without this, we cannot process an exchange if the returned items are not received. Contact us for a return address.
1.c) All returns must be received by our office within 30 days of receiving your order. Choose your shipping method accordingly. You are responsible for all costs incurred in returning the item to us.
1.d) For returns, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
1.e) For exchanges, we will ship the desired product within 14 days of receiving the returned product as per our shipping policy.

1.d) For replacements, we will ship a new replacement product within 14 days of receiving the damaged or defective product as per our shipping policy.
